About Us
It is our desire to become a part of what God is accomplishing here in the West Valley for His kingdom. Our aim is not to further West Valley Christian Fellowship's own kingdom but to love and speak truth without an agenda. We believe the local church is made up of people, and that each person has responsibility as a key component to the gospel being communicated to this culture.
It's time to stop going to church and actually be the church. We live in an urban/rural area that typically can be pigeonholed as shallow suburbia/middle class. We need to begin by asking the question what does it look for the gospel to redeem this culture in which we live. Most families are spread so thin in their time and finances while they are busy attempting to build their own kingdom and as a result they have no time for the kingdom that cannot be taken from them. I believe to see the gospel transform the West Valley it will look like people and families actually having time for deep meaningful relationships. This is what Jesus prayed for us in John 17 that we could have a love for one another just like He has for the Father and the Father has for Him. It is impossible to be close to Jesus and not be close to his church.
