What is our Mission?

 

• To establish an authentic Christian Community dedicated to delivering the timeless message of the gospel in a timely and real way to our culture. Living lives in a way that people see Jesus. Not just going to church but being the church.

Recent demographic studies show that the West Valley is primarily made up of young families.  In fact 50% of the population fall between the age range of 20-35.  It is our desire to reach these young families with the gospel and over time see the West Valley impacted with the gospel.  In turn as these young families grow in the Lord we will be better equipped to reach the many college campus' located in the West Valley. 

"But our hope is that as your faith increases, our area of influence among you may be greatly enlarged, so that we may preach the gospel in lands beyond you, without boasting of work already done in another's area of influence." 2 Cor. 10:16

 West Valley's mission is taken directly from the words of Jesus. In Matthew 28, Jesus tells us to go tell the entire world about Him. That's our mission. We work this out through church planting locally and abroad. West Valley is part of the Acts 29 church planting network which evaluates, trains, and supports church plants and planters all over the world.
